Congratulations to Kimberly Cantoni, who has been named Miss Staten Island 2009, and Jordan Lane Kowalski, who has earned the right to be called Miss Staten Island's Outstanding Teen!  The 43rd annual Miss Staten Island Scholarship Pageant took place on Saturday November 8th in New Dorp High School.  Photos of the night are available in our photo gallery.
